Zusammenfassung

Die moderne Amputationschirurgie am Fuß verfolgt das Ziel, einen möglichst peripheren, spannungsfreien, mit sensibler Fußsohlenhaut bedeckten, funktionsfähigen und endbelastbaren Stumpf zu schaffen. Die Grundzüge der Amputationen am Fuß werden unter Berücksichtigung der Nachbehandlung und Begutachtung erläutert.

Abstract

The aim of modern foot amputation surgery is to create a peripheral, functional stump that is covered with sensitive plantar skin and capable of weight-bearing. The principles of foot amputation surgery are explained, with reference also to postoperative treatment and the preparation of expert evaluations.
