Eingrenzung des Begriffs „Verschlimmerung von Unfall- oder Erkrankungsfolgen“

Die verschiedenen Formen der „Verschlimmerung“ eines als Versicherungsfalls (Arbeitsunfall/Berufskrankheit) anerkannten Gesundheitsschadens werden erläutert (§§8,9 SGB VII). Der Beitrag stellt auch dar, wann ein Körperschaden, der vor Eintritt ¶eines Arbeitsunfalls oder einer Berufskrankheit vorhanden war, durch diese Versicherungsfälle verschlimmert wird. Dieser Verschlimmerungsgesundheitsschaden ist ebenfalls zu entschädigen.
