Qualitätssicherung in der gesetzlichen Unfallversicherung

Zusammenfassung

Zu den konkret in Angriff genommenen bzw. schon in der Umsetzung befindlichen Projekten der Struktur- und Prozessqualität finden insbesondere die verschärften Zulassungs- und Beteiligungsvoraussetzungen an Durchgangsärzte und Krankenhäuser, die Neugestaltung der Berichtsvordrucke unter Berücksichtigung der internationalen Bruchklassifikationen der AO, das abgestufte System der Übungsbehandlung und die weitere Verbesserung der DV-gestützten Steuerung des Heilverfahrens mit dem Weller-Datenbanksystem Erwähnung. Zur Ergebnisqualität werden statistische Daten des Modellprojekts „Körperferne Speichenbrüche“ dargelegt, in denen die gemeldeten Fälle der Kategorie „Schlechtes Gesamtergebnis“ zugeordnet werden mussten. Die Ergebnisse eines Projekts „Arzneikosten“ sollen für Anleitungen o. Ä. genutzt werden, die den Unfallversicherungsträgern die Rechnungsprüfung diagnosebezogen sowohl hinsichtlich der medizinischen Indikation als auch der Kosten erleichtert.

Abstract

Among the projects aimed at structural and process quality that have already been actually started or are already in the implementation phase, particular mention must be made of the tighter licensing and participation requirements for referring doctors and hospitals, the redesign of the report forms to take account of the international ASIF fracture classification, the graduated system of therapeutic exercises and the ongoing improvement of DP-assisted monitoring of the healing process by means of the Weller database system. In the discussion on the quality of results, statistical data from the model project on “Distal radial fractures” are presented, in which the cases reported had to be allocated to the “Poor overall result” category. The results of a project on the “Costs of medicines” are to be used for guidelines or similar references, to make it easier for the accident insurance institutions to verify diagnosis-related invoices with respect to both the medical treatment indicated and the costs.
