Ligamentose versus Bandruptur am Beispiel der Kreuzbänder

Zusammenfassung

Bänder und Sehnen sind geformte Bindegewebe und formal als sog. bradytrophe Gewebe zu klassifizieren. Sie unterliegen beide traumatischen Ereignissen (Dehnung, Zerrung = Teilruptur, Ruptur), aber auch dem Alterungsprozess sowie mechanischen intrinsischen (Überlastung) und extrinsischen (Impingement) Einflüssen, die alle als Texturstörungen, sog. degenerative Veränderungen, bezeichnet werden. Bei Gutachten bedarf es umfassender Kausalitätsüberlegungen, die eine Unterscheidung zwischen einer traumatischen und nichttraumatischen Genese ermöglichen.

Abstract

Tendons and ligaments are a special form of connective tissue and are formally classified as bradytrophic tissue. They can be subjected to both traumatic (e.g. stretching, straining and partial or complete rupture) and aging processes as well as intrinsic (overloading) and extrinsic (impingement) mechanical influences, all leading to disruption of texture, so-called degenerative alterations. In expert opinions comprehensive considerations on causality are necessary to allow a discrimination between a traumatic and a non-traumatic origin.
