Zukünftige Entwicklung der Heilverfahren

Zusammenfassung

Mit dem Zusammenschluss der Fächer Orthopädie und Unfallchirurgie sowie den gesetzlichen Änderungen im ambulanten Bereich war es notwendig, die Voraussetzungen zur Zulassung in den Heilverfahren zu überarbeiten. Die ambulanten Verfahren sind abschließend geregelt mit einer Neudefinition eines Basisdurchgangsarztes und dem Wegfall des H-Arzt-Verfahrens (H-Arzt: Heilverfahrensarzt). Für die stationären Heilverfahren sind eine Konzentrierung der beteiligten Kliniken vorgesehen, weiterhin die Einführung eines SBG-VII-Traumanetzes (SGB: Sozialgesetzbuch) zur Rehabilitation schwerstverletzter Patienten.

Abstract

The combination of orthopedics and trauma surgery and the statutory changes in outpatient management necessitated a revision of the requirements for accreditation for medical treatment. Outpatient procedures have been conclusively regulated with a new definition of the basic accident insurance consultant and discontinuation of the procedure enabling private trauma physicians to treat walk-ins. For in-hospital therapy, the regulations envision a concentration of the participating hospitals and continued development of the trauma network based on the Social Insurance Code VII for rehabilitation of severely injured patients.
