Systematisierte Diagnostik bei Becken- und Azetabulumfrakturen

Zusammenfassung

Rasanztraumen mit Beckenring- und Azetabulumfrakturen stellen weiterhin eine diagnostische und therapeutische Herausforderung dar. Begleitverletzungen von Urogenitalsystem, Nerven oder großen Gefäße bergen Komplikationen für das initiale Management und fordern eine sorgfältige Strategie für die optimale Diagnose und Therapie von beidem, dem Beckenbruch und den Begleitverletzungen. Ein interdisziplinäres Vorgehen ist beim Management dieser Patienten vorteilhaft.

Abstract

High-energy pelvic ring and acetabular fractures continue to represent a diagnostic and therapeutic challenge. Associated injuries to the genitourinary system, nerves or major vessels can complicate the initial management and mandate a careful strategy for optimal diagnosis and treatment of both the pelvic fracture and any associated injury. A multispecialty team approach is advantageous when managing these patients.
