Die „Rückenschule“ ist im deutschen Gesundheitssystem nicht mehr wegzudenken. Verschiedenste Institutionen aus diversen Berufsgruppen bieten Rückenschulen zur Prävention und Rehabilitation an. Die BG-Unfallklinik Tübingen hat Elemente der Rückenschule in ihrem Gesamtkonzept zur Behandlung von Wirbelsäulenpatienten verankert. Dieses Gesamtkonzept besteht aus den 4 Bausteinen: physiotherapeutische Einzeltherapie, physiotherapeutische Gruppenbehandlung, medizinische Trainingstherapie und physikalische Therapie.


It is hard to imagine a time when there were no „back tutorials“, which are a very important institution within the German public health system. A wide variety of professions offer back tutorials aimed at the prevention of back problems or at rehabilitation. Back tutorials are a part of the treatment strategy for spine patients treated at the Berufsgenossenschftlichen Unfallklinik [trauma clinic run by the employers’ liability insurance association] in Tübingen. This overall strategy is made up of four basic modules: individual physiotherapy, group physiotherapy, medical training therapy, and physiatrics.
