Abstract
Heat and mass transfer effects on a continuously moving vertical surface with chemical reaction of first order is considered. The velocity and concentration profiles are studied for different parameters like Schmidt number, Prandtl number and Chemical reaction parameter. It is observed that the velocity and concentration increases during generative reaction and decreases in destructive reaction.
