Correction to: Clinical Oral Investigations 22(5): 1893-1905
The original version of this article contained two mistakes. First, in the subchapter “Alpha-lipoic acid (ALA)” page 1895, reference 4 is cited three times, however reference 42 is the correct one. Second, the study by Grémeau-Richard et al. 2010 (reference 30) is cited in "Results", in "Table 4" and "Discussion" sections as a topical use of lidocaine, when in fact, lidocaine was injected for anesthetic blockade of the lingual nerve.
