Zusammenfassung

Die Präzisionsonkologie hat in den vergangenen Jahren erheblich an Bedeutung gewonnen. Bei vielen Tumorerkrankungen gehören molekular-zielgerichtete Substanzen zum Behandlungsstandard. Um möglichst vielen Patient:innen den Zugang zu qualitätsgesicherter Diagnostik und innovativer Therapie zu ermöglichen und gleichzeitig der deutschen Versorgungsstruktur gerecht zu werden, ist eine Vernetzung der verschiedenen Sektoren des Gesundheitssystems unabdingbar. Sowohl auf universitärer Ebene als auch auf der Ebene der Niederlassung werden erhebliche Anstrengungen unternommen, um nachhaltige Strukturen zu schaffen, die auch in Zukunft eine Abbildung der Präzisionsonkologie ermöglichen.

Abstract

Precision oncology has gained significant momentum in recent years. In many types of cancer, molecular profiling to identify therapeutic targets has become part of standard of care. To provide access to quality-assured diagnostics and innovative therapies to as many patients as possible while simultaneously meeting the requirements of the German healthcare system, networking between different sectors of the healthcare system will be essential. Both at the university and practice levels, considerable efforts are being made to establish sustainable structures that will enable the implementation of precision oncology in the future.
