Schwangerschaftswoche erfolgen.
Abstract
Gynecological cancer during pregnancy is a great challenge and a multidisciplinary treatment approach is necessary. Staging and treatment should follow the standard treatment of the respective type of cancer as much as possible. For cervical, ovarian and vulvar cancer a modified surgical approach should be considered. Chemotherapy during the second and third trimester probably does not increase the rate of fetal malformation. Delivery should be postponed preferably until 35 weeks of gestation are reached.
