Die Anlage eines Laparostomas oder offene Bauchbehandlung ist sicherlich eine ultima ratio Therapie. Sie ist vorbehalten für schwerstkranke Patienten mit abdomineller Sepsis, Patienten mit abdominellem Kompartment-Syndrom oder Patienten mit komplexen abdominellen Traumen.
