Abstract
In recent years, a number of evidence-based procedures have been developed for the treatment of arm hand paresis after a stroke.
The control of voluntary movements in the first few days after a stroke has proven to be a significant prognostic factor.
Based on two case studies, the interaction of different interventions for optimizing control of voluntary movements and use of arm and hand in neurorehabilitation is demonstrated.
