Zusammenfassung

Im Jahr 2007 wurde das Landesnervenkrankenhaus in Gugging aufgelöst und die verbliebenen Patienten an den neuen Standort am Donauklinikum Tulln übersiedelt. Ein Zusammenführungsprozess wie jener zwischen dem Landesnervenkrankenhaus Gugging und dem Donauklinikum Tulln braucht Zeit. Ein offener und wertschätzender Umgang miteinander ist dabei das A und O. An die Führungsperson ist die Forderung zu stellen, nichts zu tun, was sie nicht beherrscht. Eine Aufgabenteilung auf der Basis einer vertrauensvollen Zusammenarbeit ist daher unerlässlich.

Abstract

In 2007 the regional mental health hospital in Gugging was closed down and the remaining patients were moved to the new location at the Danube Hospital in Tulln. A merger process such as the one between the regional mental health hospital in Gugging and the Danube Hospital in Tulln needs time. An open and appreciative interaction is thereby essential. Demands must be made on the management not to do anything that cannot be mastered. A delegation of tasks based on a trustful collaboration is therefore indispensable.
