Zusammenfassung

Frühintervention und Frühbehandlung von psychosegefährdeten Menschen und Menschen nach psychotischer Erstmanifestation. Seit über 20 Jahren bestehen Konzepte, um mit dieser Patientengruppe in Kontakt zu kommen und vielfältige Unterstützung anzubieten, – sei es zur Aufrechterhaltung der psychischen Gesundheit oder zur Frühbehandlung mit dem Ziel, negative Konsequenzen im Anschluss einer psychotischen Episode zu vermeiden. Das Institut für psychiatrische Frührehabilitation „IF“ bietet seit 2008 für Menschen mit Psychoseerfahrungen ein individuelles Therapieprogramm. Das Konzept des IF basiert auf den 6 Säulen „ambulantes Setting“, „dranbleibende Beziehungsarbeit“, „multiprofessionelle Behandlung“, „Individualität“, „Peers“ und „Zeit“.

Abstract

Early intervention and treatment are important for people with “at-risk” mental states and those experiencing a first episode. For more than 20 years, programs have been established to come into contact with people “at risk” and provide support in many ways either to maintain the mental health of these people or to treat them early enough to prevent negative consequences following a psychotic episode. Since 2008, our “IF” (Institute für psychiatrische Frührehabilitation, Institute for Early Psychiatric Rehabilitation) has been providing an individualized therapeutic program for people experiencing their first episode. The outpatient program is based on six pillars: multiprofessional treatment, outpatient setting, lasting therapeutic relationship work, individuality, peers and time.
