Kasuistik eines Patienten mit Morbus Parkinson, der häufig wegen Schwindels stürzt

Zusammenfassung

Ein 73-jähriger Patient leidet an M. Parkinson, koronarer Herzkrankheit mit stabiler Angina pectoris, Polyneuoropathie NNB und einem nicht therapierten Diabetes mellitus. Seit über einem Jahr treten Schwindelanfälle auf, die zu Stürzen führen. Vorgestellt wird eine Kasuistik bei der die typischen neurologischen Leitsymptome nichts mit der neurologischen Grundkrankeit zu tun haben. Ohne eine interdisziplinäre Kooperation ist bei diesen multimorbiden Patienten kein Erfolg zu erzielen.

Abstract

Reported is a case of a 73-year-old patient suffering from Parkinson’s disease, coronary artery disease with stable angina pectoris, polyneuoropathie NNB and untreated diabetes mellitus. For over a year, the patient reports experiencing dizziness which leads to falls. Presented is a case report in which the typical neurological cardinal symptoms have nothing to do with the neurological underlying illness. Without interdisciplinary cooperation no success can be achieved in these multimorbid patients.
