Summary
The Behçet’s disease is an immune mediated systemic vasculitis uncommon to our region, which typically presents with dermatological and ophthalmological symptoms. However the initial manifestation can just present with neurological symptoms and that should be taken in consideration by the neurologist as well as the possibility of the absence of the characteristic orogenital ulcera especially on the onset manifestation of the disease. The following case history is an example with a patient presenting a so called ‘Neuro-Behçet’.
