Zusammenfassung

Zytostatika zählen zu den CMR-Stoffen (kanzerogen, mutagen, reproduktionstoxisch) und erfordern daher ein umsichtiges Arbeiten mit entsprechender Schutzausrüstung. Trotz aller Vorsichtsmaßnahmen kann es aber zu Unfällen mit Zytostatika kommen. Dann gilt es, Ruhe zu bewahren und unverzüglich entsprechende Personen- und Flächendekontaminationsmaßnahmen durchzuführen.
