Zusammenfassung

Dieser Artikel soll einen Überblick über Lidfehlstellungen und Tränenwegsprobleme darstellen. Er soll dem niedergelassenen Augenarzt eine Hilfe bei der Diagnose, OP-Indikation und den operativen Therapiemöglichkeiten sein. Die einzelnen Lidfehlstellungen und deren Therapiemöglichkeiten werden als Arbeitshilfe mittels Flußdiagrammen dargestellt.

Summary

The aim of this article is to give an overview of the disorders of the lid and lacrimal system. It should help the practitioner to diagnose and handle the most common problems with the eyelids and the lacrimal system—shown in flow diagrams.
