Summary
In Germany Clindamycin is prior Amoxicillin the most frequently prescripted remedy of antibiotics in dentistry (Von Lübke 2009). In this case report an allergic reaction after medical prescription of Clindamycin is represented. A fair balance of risks and advantages of every medication depending on the patient's disease and anamnesis is essential to minimize unwanted side-effects, complications or antibiotic resistance.
