Summary
Amelogenesis imperfecta is defined as a genetically abnormal development (dysplasia) of the enamel. As a result of various defects, an insufficient quantity and/or abnormal quality of enamel is produced whereby the structure of the dentine is normal. The purpose of this paper was to describe a case of amelogenesis imperfecta in a 4-year-old girl. A one stage full rehabilitation of function and aesthetic with prefabricated laboratory composite crowns is described in this paper.
