Comment
The authors make an interesting observation of subarachnoid hemorrhage from an aneurysm that is in the territory of a previous radiosurgical treatment. A causal relationship is always difficult to establish, but in their cases do raise that possibility. Of course, this complication is very rare: there are now many thousands of patients who had Gamma Knife treatment more that 10 years ago. Nevertheless, publication is worthwhile to enable assessment of the incidence. Only time will tell whether the expectation of the authors, that there is more such cases, is actually true or not.
