Migräne im Kindes- und Jugendalter

Zusammenfassung

In diesem Beitrag wird das diagnostische und therapeutische Herangehen an Kinder und Jugendliche mit Migräne praxisbezogen zusammengefasst. Neben Migräne ohne Aura und Migräne mit Aura werden die abdominelle Migräne und das zyklische Erbrechen dargestellt. Die Grundlagen der Akuttherapie werden vermittelt und der hohe Stellenwert der nichtmedikamentösen Prophylaxe hervorgehoben.

Abstract

In this article the diagnostic and therapeutic approaches in children and adolescents with migraine are summarized. It includes descriptions of the clinical features of migraine with and without aura in addition to abdominal migraine and cyclic vomiting. With regard to treatment the article covers the principles of acute therapy and highlights the significance of nonpharmacological prophylaxis.
