Zusammenfassung

Das Heidelberger Frühbehandlungszentrum in Kooperation der Kliniken für Allgemeine Psychiatrie und Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie des Zentrums für Psychosoziale Medizin der Psychiatrischen Universitätsklinik Heidelberg konzipiert und umfasst vollstationäre, teilstationäre sowie ambulante Behandlungsplätze und eine nachstationär aufsuchende Behandlungseinheit. Es stellt eine Versorgungseinheit dar, die sowohl organisatorisch als auch konzeptionell fachgebietsübergreifend von den Kliniken der Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie und der Allgemeinpsychiatrie geführt wird. Das Zentrum bietet ein diagnostisches und therapeutisches Versorgungsangebot für Patienten im Alter von 13–28 Jahren, die vor dem Hintergrund ihrer adoleszenten Entwicklungsaufgaben im Rahmen krisenhafter Entwicklungen oder manifester psychiatrischer Störungsbilder zu scheitern drohen.

Abstract

The Heidelberg Early Treatment Centre (FBZ) in collaboration with the clinics for General Psychiatry and Pediatric and Adolescent Psychiatry of the Centre for Psychosocial Medicine at the Psychiatric Clinic of the University of Heidelberg have designed treatment places for full-time and part-time inpatients and outpatients, and a post-residential treatment unit. This is a care unit whose organization and conception is managed in an interdisciplinary manner by the pediatric and adolescent and general psychiatry clinics. The centre offers diagnostic and therapeutic provision for patients aged 13–28 years, who, in addition to having to deal with adolescent development issues, are in danger of a breakdown in the context of the development of crises or the manifestation of psychiatric disorders.
