Topological Homology Semi-Biplanes

Abstract.

 Coherent, topological, tactical semi-biplanes are homology semi-biplanes. In particular, semi-biplanes constructed from pairs of non-collinear points in compact antiregular quadrangles are homology semi-biplanes.
