This collective work describes the techniques of endoscopic surgery of the three spinal segments.

A specific anatomical recall for each segment precedes the different techniques and the different approaches. The lumbar spines are studied first and occupy two-thirds of the work. All the possibilities of endoscopic surgery are presented, since the various varieties of percutaneous lumbar discectomies, the annuloplasties, nucleoplasties, foraminotomies, decompressions for canal narrowing, the accesses per tubular way, the installation of the pedicular screws, etc.

The thoracic and the cervical spines follow then.

The work is abundantly and magnificently illustrated, that is by the presentation of the instruments, operatory photographs, and the anatomical drawings.

It is about a true bible of the endoscopic accesses of the spine which will have to be on the shelf of all the specialists in the spine, interested by modern technologies.
