Abstract
First described by Enzinger in 1965 primary malignant melanoma (clear cell sarcoma) of bone is a very rare bone neoplasm. We report a case of primary malignant melanoma of the calcaneum in a 68-year-old woman.

Décrit pour la première fois en 1965 par Enzinger, le mélanome malin primitif de l’os (sarcome à cellules claires) est un sarcome osseux très rare. Nous rapportons un cas de mélanome malin primitif du calcanéus chez une femme de 68 ans.
