Abstract
Nonunion of radial neck fracture is not common in adults and operative treatment is rarely required. This case report documents an untreated fracture of the radial neck associated with medial collateral ligament injury, with the subsequent development of a symptomatic radial neck nonunion treated with bipolar radial head prosthesis with an excellent elbow function at 7 years follow-up.
