Der Anspruch auf Fortzahlung anteiliger Wohnungsfinanzierungskosten zwecks Erhalts der vom Ehegatten dringend benötigten Wohnmöglichkeit nach § 97 ABGB ist nicht als Unterhaltsanspruch iSd § 224 Abs 1 Z 4 ZPO aufzufassen und daher keine Ferialsache.
