Wiederaufleben eines früheren Bescheides

Hat ein Bescheid einen früheren Bescheid beseitigt, so erlangt der frühere Bescheid wiederum Geltung, wenn der aufhebende (beseitigende) Bescheid seinerseits vom VwGH aufgehoben wird.
