Simulation of electric vehicles

Summary

In this work the relevant tasks and challenges of the simulation of electric vehicles are explained. The requirements of the simulation environment, the used models and the required parameters are discussed. For the presented models the object-oriented modeling language Modelica is used. The required components and libraries for simulation of electric vehicles are introduced. An application of a small-sized electric vehicle is presented.

Zusammenfassung

Die wesentlichen Aufgaben und Herausforderungen der Simulation von Elektrofahrzeugen werden in dieser Arbeit erörtert. Die Anforderungen an die Simulationsumgebung, die eingesetzten Modelle und die Parametrierung werden diskutiert. Konkret wird für die vorgestellten Modelle die objektorientierte Modellierungsprache Modelica verwendet. Die eingesetzten Komponenten und Bibliotheken werden vorgestellt und kommen am Beispiel eines Kleinfahrzeugs zum Einsatz.
