Zusammenfassung

Dieser Artikel präsentiert eine Übersicht über die Anwendung kapazitiver Sensorik zur Ermittlung von Kenngrößen in Flüssigkeiten. Als Beispiele werden die Bestimmung der Zusammensetzung von Mehrphasenströmungen, die nicht-invasive Bestimmung von Füllständen sowie die Ermittlung von Durchflussgeschwindigkeiten gezeigt.

Summary

The paper provides an overview on the applicability of capacitive sensing for non-invasive parameter determination of liquids. Exemplarily, the measurement of void fraction in multi-phase flows, fill level determination, and the estimation of flow velocity are presented.
