Erfahrungen zur Baukoordination im Untertagebau im Unterinntal

Summary

Large and long-term infrastructure projects need clear structures and clear organization on the side of the owner to be able to fulfill all requirements that are given by the health and safety coordination laws. During the construction of the lower Inn valley we learnt that a contract with only one health and safety coordinator with obligation of presence at the construction site would have been wise. Another important aspect for large infrastructure projects of the size of the lower Inn valley project is the fixing of guiding points for rescue organizations and a visitor management system for all visitors, as well as a modern admittance control and position finding system.

Zusammenfassung

Die Umsetzung des Baukoordinationsgesetzes in einem lang laufenden Infrastrukturgroßprojekt hat gezeigt, dass frühzeitige Überlegungen zur Struktur und Organisation seitens des Auftraggebers erforderlich sind, um allen Anforderungen optimal gerecht werden zu können. Im Zuge der Baumaßnahmen im Unterinntal hat sich gezeigt, dass die Beauftragung eines Baustellenkoordinators über mehrere Lose mit Anwesenheitspflicht in den Losen auf jeden Fall sinnvoll wäre. Für solche Großbauvorhaben sind aber auch die Festlegung von Lotsenpunkten für Rettungsorganisationen über das Gesamtprojekt und die Einführung eines durchgehenden Besuchermanagements ebenso wie ein modernes Zugangs-, Kontroll- und Ortungssystem vorzusehen.
