Abstract
The scientific method development on industrial programming will take a decisive role on the correct industrial plan and guarantee the validity of strategic environmental assessment. In this paper, we reveal the current situation, and analyze the environmental impacts of automobile raw materials production stage, automobile production stage, consumer use stage, and disposal stage. On the basis that environmental impacts are discerned, this paper predicts and analyzes the environmental impacts of the auto industry in Shandong.
