Correction to: Pediatr Nephrol
The original version of the letter unfortunately contained a mistake. The unit of measurement used to express C3 concentrations in the text and in Figure 1 should be g/L instead of g/dL. The corrected Figure 1 is presented below.
Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve for serum C3 levels on admission as predictor of central nervous system involvement in STEC-HUS patients. Area under the ROC curve (AUC) = 0.76, CI 95% 0.617–0.87, p = 0.0024. C3 level ≤ 0.85 g/L was the best cut-off value (83.78% specificity, 75% sensitivity)
