Zusammenfassung

Die Begegnung zwischen Patient und Therapeut wird in der intersubjektiven Sichtweise als von beiden kokonstruierter Prozess begriffen. Dabei dient das empathische Verstehen des Therapeuten den Abstimmungen der unterschiedlichen „organizing principles“. Trotzdem kommt es im weiteren Therapieverlauf zu Konflikten, in denen ein Empathiebruch zur Kollision der unterschiedlichen Perspektiven von Patient und Therapeut führt. Zum Verstehen des kokonstruierten Konflikts und zur Förderung der gemeinsamen Entwicklung im Hinblick auf „now moments“ und „open space“ ist eine Dekonstruktion der Perspektiven notwendig. Dazu werden theoretische Überlegungen und praktische Behandlungsaspekte an einem Fallbeispiel erörtert.

Abstract

Intersubjectivity refers to the meeting of patient and therapist as a co-constructed process. The empathy of the therapist serves thereby to establish an attunement of the different organizing principles. Nevertheless, the ongoing therapeutic process sometimes leads to vehement conflicts, in which the disruption of empathy leads to a collision of the different perspectives of the patient and the therapist. In order to understand these co-constructed conflicts and to develop the mutual process with regard to now moments and open space, a deconstruction of the perspectives is useful and necessary. Theoretical reflections and aspects of the therapeutic treatment and interaction are presented in an exemplary case study.
