Abstract

In this present work, a new correlation for the prediction of overall mass transfer coefficients, in terms of fundamental operating variables (viz., phase flow rates, rotor speed, column geometry, physical properties of the contacting phases), in the two hydrodynamic regions of operation, have been proposed.
