Zusammenfassung

Anhand dieses Falles werden die Schwierigkeiten verdeutlicht, bei sehr schlecht revaskularisierbarem Patienten die Entscheidung zwischen konventionell koronarer Bypassoperation und transmyokardialer Laserrevaskularisation zu treffen.

Summary

This case report deals with a patient who demonstreats the difficulty in decision making on the borderline between conventionell coronary bypass grafting and alternative methods of revascularization such as transmyocardial laser revascularization.
