Zusammenfassung

Wir berichten über eine 28-jährige Patientin, die aufgrund eines Ventrikelseptumdefektes (VSD) mit Eisenmengerreaktion und nachfolgender Herzinsuffizienz NYHA-Stadium IV herz-lungen-transplantiert wurde und an den Folgen einer akuten GvHD am 34. postoperativen Tag verstarb.

Summary

We report on a 28 year-old woman with congenitial ventricleseptum defect and Eisenmenger-reaction who developed acute GvHD on 10th postoperative day after successfull heart lung transplantation. The patient died on the 34th postoperative day of dissociated brain death after intracerebral bleeding.
