Zusammenfassung

Bei einem Patienten mit großem, beginnend exulzerierendem Leiomyosarkom der Thoraxwand wurde nach Resektion der Defekt mit einem übergroßen gestielten myokutanen Latissimuslappen gedeckt. Trotz schwerwiegender Begleiterkrankung mit einer Hämophilie, gelang es, ein befriedigendes klinisches Ergebnis zu erzielen. Der Patient verstarb im Verlauf aufgrund einer diffusen pulmonalen Metastasierung.

Abstract

In a patient with a large ulcerating leiomyosarcoma with infiltration of the anterior chest wall after resection, the defect was covered with an oversized pedicled musculocutaneous latissimus flap. Despite having hemophilia as an accompanying disease, satisfactory clinical outcome was achieved. The patient died from disseminated pulmonary metastasis during follow-up.
