Zusammenfassung

Zwei Fälle von Koronarbypassfehlinsertionen auf Koronarvenen werden beschrieben und deren haftungsrechtliche Probleme dargelegt. In Einzelfallanalysen wurden schuldhafte Fehler ausgeschlossen.

Abstract

Two cases of aorto-coronary grafts accidentally attached to a coronary vein are presented. The problem of liability is discussed. In both cases, exact analysis excluded a responsibility of the surgeons.
