Zusammenfassung

Dieser Fallbericht beschreibt den Verlauf einer unerwarteten, frühzeitigen und progressiven Dilatation eines klappenlosen bovinen Venengrafts, der bei einem 3-jährigen Jungen als extrakardialer Conduit zur Komplettierung der nicht pulsatilen Fontanzirkulation implantiert wurde.

Summary

This casereport presents clinical, morphological findings about the unexpected fast and progressive dilatation of a non-valved bovine vein graft which was implanted as an extracardiac conduit to complete the non-pulsatile Fontan circulation in a 3 year old boy.
