Summary
Chondrosarcoma are the most common primary tumor of the chest wall. The only possibility for cure is the wide resection. Radio- and/ or chemotherapy are rarely successful. We report the case of a female patient, who underwent a symptom-reducing but palliative resection of a giant paravertebral chondrosarcoma.
