The Editor in Chief has retracted this article. After publication the journal was informed that the authors had made changes to the clinical trial protocol without receiving ethical approval and without updating the clinical trial registration. There are also concerns with irregularities within the methodology for this study, specifically the implausibility of the timing of the participants receiving treatment after selection. Therefore, the Editor in Chief no longer has confidence in the integrity of this study. None of the authors agree to this retraction.
