Coronary fistula of right coronary artery to vena cava superior and ectasia of pulmonary artery

Koronarfistel der rechten Herzkranzarterie und Ektasie der Arteria pulmonalis

Zusammenfassung

Wir berichten über einen Patienten mit koronarer Herzkrankheit, einer Koronarfistel der rechten Koronararterie zur Vena cava superior und Vorliegen einer pulmonlen Hypertonie. Im Rahmen einer Aortokoronaren Bypassoperation erfolgte eine Revaskularisation und ein definitiver Verschluss der Koronarfistel.

Summary

We report on a patient with coronary heart disease, a coronary fistula of right coronary artery to vena cava superior and pulmonary hypertension. Combined with coronary artery revascularization, the coronary fistula was closed successfully.
