Zusammenfassung

Der Transparenzunterschied der Lungen wirft in der Thoraxübersichtsaufnahme immer wieder die Frage auf, welche Seite die erkrankte ist. Es wird ein wichtiges Zeichen in der Unterscheidung zweier der Differenzialdiagnosen im Vergleich rekapituliert.

Abstract

On plain chest films the diseased side is sometimes hard to identify since the lungs differ in their radiolucency. An important sign discriminating between two relevant differential diagnoses is reviewed.
