Abstract

Background and aims. Crohn's disease of unknown etiology may involve the urinary tract and may include a mass lesion on cystoscopy.

Patients and results. We present an unusual case of asymptomatic urinary bladder carcinoma in a patient undergoing surgery for Crohn's ileitis.
