Zusammenfassung

Die deutschen Vorschriften für den Apothekenabgabepreis gelten auch für verschreibungspflichtige Arzneimittel, die Apotheken mit Sitz in einem anderen Mitgliedstaat der Europäischen Union im Wege des Versandhandels nach Deutschland an Endverbraucher abgeben.
