Ist einem Zahnarzt bekannt, dass eine Patientin unter einer Palladium-Allergie leidet, und setzt er gleichwohl Brücken mit einer Edelmetalllegierung ein, die 36,4% Palladium enthält, so liegt ein grober Behandlungsfehler vor.
