Zusammenfassung

Verletzungen nach Fahrten in Freizeitparks oder auf Kirchweihen finden sich zunehmend in den letzten Jahren. Vor allem neurologische Symptome dominieren das klinische Erscheinungsbild. Diese Kasuistik stellt erstmalig in der deutschsprachigen Literatur eine homonyme Hemianopsie bei einem 15-jährigen Mädchen vor, welche durch eine atypische intrakranielle Blutung mit Subduralhämatom nach einem Besuch einer Riesenschaukel hervorgerufen wurde.

Abstract

Amusement park injuries have become more common in recent years. Especially neurological symptoms dominate clinical findings. In this article, the case of a 15-year-old child with homonymous hemianopia due to an atypical intracranial bleeding with subdural hematoma after a giant swing ride is described for the first time.
